AW series

General & Features

AW pneumatic actuators are divided to double-acting and single-acting (spring return ) with two separated cylinders and double pistons. It is easy to make actuator with large size cylinder and output torque by this design; Inner of cylinder and piston axis are coated with hard chromium that has good antifriction. The output torque of AW actuator is good for opening、closing and adjusting of large size ball valves & butterfly valves, meanwhile it fits 90 degree rotary occasion.

Note: 1.The pneumatic and configuration of the valve with a soft sealing ball valves pressure for PN1.6MPA, soft sealing butterfly valve for PN1.0 MPA pressure

2. Such as the user to provide valve please according to the company the torque and

 provide for the valve by combining the actual torque accordingly.

3. The air cylinder to 0.5MPA above air pressure. If users with the valve thrust and

 air pressure, my company to new configuration of the cylinder.
